How do go about getting a factory reset for a hp desk jet 3762 printer. I brought it second hand

Every time I go into settings to pair wifi b between my MacBook Air and my iPhone it ask me for the printers password

I'd like to help!

I understand the printer is locked with an admin username and password.

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
