Are you referring to Fax memory or any other memory? 

If you're referring to clearing Fax memory, you could refer to the steps given below: 

1. From the printer control panel display, touch Fax.

2. Touch Setup, and then touch Tools.

3. Touch Clear Fax Logs/Memory.
