Have had a recent issue with my printer not printing from the computer, but it will print via my iphone.  I think part of the problem when I re-installed the program was not remembering that I had put an admin password on the printer.  How can I either change it or eliminate it to allow for the setup up to install correctly?

@adamv2161, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Your solution helped greatly.  I have reset my printer.  However I still have the current problem that I've been dealing with.

I can print from any smartphone, but I still cannot print from my computer.  I am hooked up wirelessly.  Should I hook up with the cable?  After I reset my printer, I uninstalled all HP programs, restarted the computer, re-installed said programs, made sure all drivers are updated.  The results remain the same.

I hardwired the desktop computer to the printer and everything works just fine now.  Thanks for the tips on the printer rest.
