          Hello bshel14,

If you are printing a single document from any program in Windows 10 and want to change the print settings, follow these steps.

Open the document to print. Click File, then Print.

The Print window opens.

Click the option which opens the Properties dialog box. Depending on the software program, this button may be named Properties, Options, Printer Setup, Printer, or Preferences.

Select the print settings for the current print job, then click OK.

See the sections below to change the paper size and orientation settings

Changing the Default Settings for All Print Jobs

If you want to change settings for all print jobs, follow these steps.

Search for devices in Windows and click Devices and Printers in the search results.

Right-click your printer icon (), then select Printing Preferences.

Select your new desired print settings (paper size, orientation, etc.), then click OK.
