Thank you for your reply. The issue is that at least one of the 2 accounts that exist for me under 2 different emails o n the HP Servers has to be completely removed. I want to keep the original one but I can not remove items from the dashboard. When I delete the 2 that are wrong they appear to be gone but when I log back in the items I removed are still there. The second account must be removed because my new printer (officejet 9025) thinks it is still on the second account so print anywhere does not wor.

If you plan to use your printer with a different HP account, remove the printer from the old HP account, and then add it to your new account.
If you want to reuse your custom HP ePrint email address, do not turn off Web Services. The printer code is the first part of your custom address. For example, johndoe123 would be the code for johndoe123@hpeprint.com.
