hi,  i need help to find out my ADMIN PASSWORD as i cannot adjust the settings on HP SMART to configure COLOR PRINT for using E-Printer series. please advise how do i solve this issue?

this happened once i changed my laptop. i do not have the admin name or password. however direct print using USB will not have this issue, But i am using e-PRINT VIA wireless mode often. THANKS!what is the password.JPG

The default admin password for the EWS on current HP printers is the default WiFi password, you will find it on a sticker on the back of the printer.

hi, my printer does not have a sticker with the password for admin, hence the difficulty.

Do you have another solution?
