How to remove Admin password on a HP MFP 800 Printer

I have an HP Printer MFP 880 , i can't access the admin part, it asks to sign in with a username and password

is there a way to fix the issue

You need to go into the preboot menu and performing a cold reset should do it. If not, perform a partial clean from the preboot menu. To access preboot,  power off device and then power on. When the screen shows 1 of 8 under the HP logo, touch the logo. Cold reset is underadministration, startup options.

If you see the option to perform a partial clean do that. The problem is if someone locked functions in the preboot menu, the only fix is to replace the formatter. Have a look at what options you can access in preboot.

I tried changing the formatter , i get this error message 

error 99.09.63

incorrect disk 

press any key , when i press any key , it is asking to sign in with username password
