ENVY 6000

I've had problems with HP Envy 6000 intermittently with paper jams and saying no paper when there was paper.

 

Paper jam was every print and wouldn't even complete a print job.

 

I went through help chat with Amazon where I bought the printer from as UK HP Help is appalling, online bot goes round in circles, no live chat with a person, no response on whatsapp or messenger.

 

I was told to factory reset and now I can't use printer, just a flashing E!

 

I've subscribed to HP Instant Ink, not sure if it's that that is issue or setup on the printer. Had a look on Help doesn't say in my account settings what they refer too.

 

Absolutely let down by HP here.

 

Amazon solution is to ring HP to get printer collected but I need to use it now for my work and family school work.

 

Anyone out there help???
