Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Good day,

I bought HP Color Laser 150nw and it has awfull software. I can't connect it with my Macbook. HP Smart always crashes when I try to connect printer by USB.

I can't connect to printer by iPhone as I don't know login/password.

 

Question: How to reset login and password for HP Color Laser 150nw???

@Igor007, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that you're unable to configure the printer to print from your mobile device and the computer. Since you'd want to connect it to multiple devices, I'd suggest you connect it wirelessly.

 

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help. To print from your iOS, try using the AirPrint feature- HP Printers - Printing with Apple AirPrint (iOS)

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

I asked you - HOW to reset login/password for my printer? I don't know it and can't connect to it wirelessly without it!

Could you help me with the error message that comes up when you try to connect the printer wirelessly?

 

Ideally, you'll need only a wireless password and username to connect the printer to the network.

 

Keep me posted.
