Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I cancelled out of the HP Instant Ink program and bought new ink cartridges at Staples. My printer still won't print due to the Instant Ink program. How do I get rid of all traces of that program and get my 8620 printer working again?

Let's remove web services: Remove Web Services To remove Web Services, complete the following steps: 1. From the printer control panel display, touch (HP ePrint), and then touch Settings. 2. Touch Remove Web Services.
