That error code indicates a failed hard drive or disconnected harddrive. You will need to open the Ebox and check the connections. If drive is connected and still does not work then replace with the correct drive for your series as listed below. You cannot simply use any drive you have lying around as the firmware needs to be applied at the factory on Designjet products.

The product no.  CR358A  - CR359A

Factory No. CR358-64001

Which does not exactly match what was in the pic.  

Is this still the A at the end of the Product No.  for the HDD refrence?
