Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wideformat HP HP-T2500

Screen on machine is Black with 06.1:10 

Fan or HDD is spinning at high rate at boot up

That error code indicates a failed hard drive or disconnected harddrive. You will need to open the Ebox and check the connections. If drive is connected and still does not work then replace with the correct drive for your series as listed below. You cannot simply use any drive you have lying around as the firmware needs to be applied at the factory on Designjet products.

Thanks for that answer definitely getting me in the correct direction.

The product no.  CR358A  - CR359A

Factory No. CR358-64001

Which does not exactly match what was in the pic.  

Is this still the A at the end of the Product No.  for the HDD refrence?
