Hi @Bill98502,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To enable or use Print Preview with your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer on Windows 11, the setting is typically controlled by the application you're printing from, not the printer itself. Here's how you can access it:

How to Use Print Preview in Windows 11

From Most Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Notepad, etc.):

  1. Open the document or image you want to print.
  2. Click File > Print or press Ctrl + P.
  3. Print Preview window will usually appear automatically, showing how the document will look when printed.
  4. Select your HP ENVY 6065e printer from the list.
  5. Adjust settings as needed (orientation, paper size, etc.).
  6. Click Print when ready.

From HP Smart App:

  1. Open the HP Smart app (download from HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store).
  2. Choose Print Documents or Print Photos.
  3. Select your file and printer.
  4. Before printing, a preview is shown where you can adjust layout, paper size, and quality.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
