Hi @Bill98502,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To enable or use Print Preview with your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer on Windows 11, the setting is typically controlled by the application you're printing from, not the printer itself. Here's how you can access it:
How to Use Print Preview in Windows 11
From Most Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Notepad, etc.):
- Open the document or image you want to print.
- Click File > Print or press Ctrl + P.
- A Print Preview window will usually appear automatically, showing how the document will look when printed.
- Select your HP ENVY 6065e printer from the list.
- Adjust settings as needed (orientation, paper size, etc.).
- Click Print when ready.
From HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app (download from HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store).
- Choose Print Documents or Print Photos.
- Select your file and printer.
- Before printing, a preview is shown where you can adjust layout, paper size, and quality.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
