Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just get the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2375 All-in-One Printer, it can make copies but every time I try to print anything just ignores me and do anything, I delete and reinstall Hp Smart, I turned off and turn on again the printer and the PC, I just checked the connection and everytime I make the diagnosis it says that does not have anything.

(1) Check USB cable is properly connected between Deskjet printer and computer.

(2) Then try to install with Full software for Deskjet:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
