Trying to setup a brand new Envy 6555e printer. Continue to get errors that the cartridges do not work. 

have tried to remove and reinstall the cartridges, used a lint-free cloth to gently clean the copper electrical contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer's carriage, and even reset the printer.
