Ok, I give up.  After 3 upgrades to macOS Hewlett Packard has done it again.  They have been untruthful stating they are waiting on Apple to release the drivers when the HP website indicates differently.  No more for me.  As a retired Network Operations Chief with a Government agency I am done.

Yesterday I decided to purchase from another manufacturer replacements for the Color LaserJet M751 and the 36” DesignJet T730 plotter.  Not sure what I’ll do with these devices but I can no longer depend on HP for support.

The response from HP has been lamentable, a month without printers in a business might ruin it. As Macs cannot be downgraded to below their purchase OS a rapid response is needed from companies that provide peripherals. Most software companies have done this by now, but not HP, although Dropbox also stand out for their exceptionally slow response and unhelpful responses to support requests.

Although I took our business case to support (we have quite a few now unsupported printers) they had no solutions and would pass the information on. This is shameful behaviour as our printers would be supported if the installer was updated in a simple fashion. However even older printers should be supported if we not going to throw away kit. This leaves me with a very poor opinion of a company I used to think was OK.

Hello! I'm wondering if you could repost the file you developed to workaround this issue. It looks like it's expired on SendGB. Thank you!
