Found here on the forum a similar problem. I tried to do everything the same. Unpacked the archive with the latest drivers. Launched the HPsetup.exe icon. Disconnected the firewall. There is no antivirus yet. Connect the printer via USB cable. The installation has started ... But in the installation window where the process is being visualized, the field is constantly filled with squares. And after filling, the strip begins to fill again. And so I waited 30 minutes. Nothing changes...
