Hi @John5311,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e having trouble printing from Word or a browser!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed. Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers compatible with Windows 11 for your printer model.

Set Printer as Default:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners in Windows 11.
  • Make sure your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is set as the default printer.

Check Print Settings:

  • Open Word or your browser, and check the print settings. Ensure the correct printer is selected and that it is configured to print in color if needed.
  • Verify that the printer settings are not set to "Black & White" or "Grayscale".

Clear Print Queue:

  • Sometimes a stalled print job can cause issues. Clear the print queue by going to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners, selecting your printer, and clearing any pending jobs.

Run Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Use the Windows troubleshooter for printers by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and selecting "Printer".

Reinstall Printer:

  • Remove the printer from Devices > Printers & Scanners, and then re-add it.
  • This sometimes resolves configuration issues that block printing from certain applications.

Check Application Permissions:

  • Ensure that Word and your browser have permission to communicate with printers. This can be checked under Privacy settings in Windows.

Examine Network and Connectivity:

  • Make sure your printer is properly connected to the same network as your notebook.
  • Confirm there are no network issues affecting communication between your devices.

I hope this helps.
