I have a paper I need to print and I am unable to do so. My other laptop can print just fine but not my work laptop. The operating systems are the same. I tried plugging into the printer usb and it just says "Error printing"

Please check with your IT Manager to see can you install drivers on your work machine and can you print from other printer(s) which are not in your organization.

I could be able to print from anywhere, in the US or in Singapore, when I logged on to work networks. My work notebook could work out my location can allowed me to connect to printers on the floor of the building. But I could not print to my loan  HP printer which was sitting next to me at home. I had to send to its email address.

Your organization may have same policy built-in to your work machine.

Regards
