I can't print my Emails off my computer but I can print them off my phone. I can't find out what I am doing wrong.

Are you able to print from other applications?

I am using Google and I can print from other applications. I just can't print from my emails off of **bleep**. But I can print off of my phone on my **bleep** account.

Also, are you able to print other documents or files other than emails from your computer?

May I know what options you see when you try to print emails from your system?

Yes I can print from other applacations, and I can print my Emails frome my phone. I just can't print my Emails from my computer.

Could you please share a picture of the print preview page so that I can help you further?

I don't know how to print a picture of the screen. but when i want to print I just get the header and footer and no content.

You need to download the email images and then print them. Are you trying to print an email with the images?

I can't print either way. But when I go to print from my telephone I can print anything I just can't print from my computer. I can print other applications from my computer like from word excel or other things like that. I just can't print off my emails for some reason I'm sure there's a button I need to push that would fix it
