Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 7645 Printer - I can't find my installation disk and have tried to download the driver from the HP site. I get to the second part of the install and I get an error message that says:

 

" Install must be a member of the Administrators group to install a driver package." 

 

I can't get around this problem - can anyone help?

Do you logon your machine as Administrator ? Please try

 

(a) Download driver and save on your compurer

              HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads

(b) Right click download file and select run as administrator

(c) Follow onscreen instructions

 

Note All Envy 764x (x = 0 to 9) printers use same drivers and software for Envy 7640 series.
