There is currently an issue with some of the HP support pages. The issue has been reported and is being addresed but I do not have any information on when it will be resolved.
I suggest checking back in a few hours or tomorrow.

I actually have the photo envy 7155 but I am getting a very similar error message. I was constantly being kicked off line and getting a blue error screen. The virtual chat and other instructions on HP said to delete everything I had and reinstall it all since it was a glitch. now I can't install that?????? Any idea on the fix? this is my 2nd printer (same model) since september with the same issues I am NOT happy

The HP Photo Envy 7155 would use the same driver, I would suggest checking back. I expect it will be fixed soon.
I will check and post in this thread when I see the issue has been resolved. As I said above I do not have any information on when that might be.

Thanks @ShlomiL the link you gave works and is for a newer driver. Hopefully HP will get the links from the product pages fixed soon.....

The HP Support page for these drivers has been updated. If you have not already downloaded the driver from the link @ShlomiL gave you can now download from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-series/907311...
The updated driver version is now available.
