Dell Latitude E7440
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to the support site to download the following drivers –

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-envy-5660-e-all-in-one-printer-series/68...=

and downloaded the basic driver pack –

Basic_Webpack_x64-40.15.1230-EN5660_Webpack.exe

When I ran it, it asked me a few things like what will the printer be used for, etc., and then at the end it says there is some newer software called Easy Start. I clicked to get it and then got a screen which said Easy Start was unavailable for this device or operating system. The screen doesn’t give you an option to get out of it so I closed out the screen.

When I went to the Settings in Windows and opened Printers and Scanners the following two printers are displayed as available  –

HP Envy 5660 Series

HPD0BA3D (HP Envy 5660 Series)

(Not sure why two units are displayed)

But when I try to print something from within Word or Excel I get a “No Printers Installed” response, even after I shut the laptop down and restarted it.

What is the best way to resolve this?

Update - this is no longer an issue - the problem was from the laptop side and went away when I initiated a subscription to the latest version of Office 365 - I had an old version of Word and Excel on the laptop before.

Thanks -
