I have a HP DeskJet 3755 Printer. I have tried to do all the things I can think of to connect this printer to my WiFi. I have tried the HP Easy Share, but when I run this program it will go to all the steps until it tries to connect to the website to try to register the printer, then it gives me a message of could not connect to the internet or signal is lost. This is untrue as I am Ethernet wired to the internet.
Then if I go onto my laptop and click add printer, it will locate the printer and then when I click Add Printer it will add it but then say Driver Unavailable. I have tried the HP Scan Doctor and it scans and says nothing wrong with the Printer. I have downloaded all the drivers on HP.com and none of them work for my model. It will still locate my printer and tell me driver unavailable. I need this printer for serious business, but nothing I have tried will work. HELP!!!!!!!

@JamminJames24, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print wirelessly from the computer. To assist you better, are you using a Win 10 PC?
Lets us try these steps:
Use the WPS method to connect the printer to the wireless network as shown in this document.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC
Click here to download and know more about the app.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
