My Smart app stopped working, then I couldn't scan properly, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the Smart app and my printer drivers. Ever since, my emails won't print from Thunderbird, which they always have before. It keeps sending them to One Note instead, which is of no use whatever.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-ser...
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

I have done as Greenturtle suggested; I have uninstalled (again) and reinstalled, restarting after both processes, but my emails are still going to One Note and not printing. When I try to add the printer to the application, it is not recognised. This printer is only eighteen months old. I have tried to extend the warranty, only to be told it isn't possible by HP. Very disgruntled. Their help service won't be running until tomorrow morning - and then it's only on line. I have tried several times to get an answer out of the remote assitant, but obviously my problem isn't in their algorythm!

Hi @Mayso
When you select File > Print, please ensure that the Envy 6200 printer is selected instead of the "One Note"
Example below: Select the HP Envy 6200 printer instead of One Note:
