Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to sign into my HP account. I tried to reset my password but I don't have access to the email that I signed up with. 

 

I am not able to sign up with a new account because my mobile number is already associated to the account that I don't have access to the email I signed up with.

 

What can I do?
