Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Does it happen with the all documents?
- Have you tried printing photos?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

This printer does not scan so I can send you a copy of the COVER PAGE. When the cover page comes out of the printer it states " COVER PAGE" and with it sends me a detailed description of
media limits
job id
driver
driver version
description
printer location

Let's try this:
Remove a preferred printer from the HP Print for Chrome list.
- From the Chrome browser, click on the Apps icon
in the upper left-hand corner of the browser.
A list of Chrome apps displays.
- Select HP Print for Chrome.
- From the HP Print for Chrome window, click Add printers by IP address, and then click REMOVE next to the printer you want to disconnect.
- The selected printer is removed from the list.
Once the printer is removed, let’s restart the printer and the Chromebook:
- From the Chrome browser, click the Apps icon
in the upper left-hand corner the browser.
A list of installed Chrome apps displays.
- Select HP Print for Chrome.
- From the HP Print for Chrome window, click Add printers by IP address.
- Click Add printer.
- In the Printer name field, type your printer model or choose a name for your printer, and then type your IP address in the IP Address field.
The printer is automatically added to the list of preferred printers.
Try printing now.
Keep me posted!
