My router supports both 5&2.4 GHz band. HP desktop computer is operating on 5 GHz as well as mobile devices. Will this cause a problem? New printer is HP DeskJet 4200e, all in one series. Printer supports 2.4 GHz only. Is this a possible problem?

Hi Raider66

Don't worry, it shouldn't be a problem. Your router supports both the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands, and your desktop and mobile devices run on the 5 GHz band1. The HP DeskJet 4200e printer only supports the 2.4 GHz band, but that shouldn't cause conflicts.
Your router should be able to handle both bands simultaneously, allowing your printer to connect to the 2.4 GHz band without interfering with devices that are on the 5 GHz band.

I hope the above is helpful
