Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Microsoft completely made my computer useless with a WIN 10 update in Nov - is primarily working now but have NO MICROSOFT STORE app - have been asking Microsoft to sort still no joy. My old faithful HP printer died and I am unable to use onn my computer as even the web link redirects now to the microsoft store - Can someone please please help - I am losing the will to live with Microsft and now they are affecting HP products

True - At this writing, HP Smart is only available from the Microsoft Store

 

What else?

 

If you have not done so,

Consider installing the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software.

The full driver provides printing and scanning using the Printer Assistant and HP Scan.

Full driver supports printing and scanning from other printing / editing / scanning software and programs.
