Yea, seems like there are no "full feature drivers" for those models
Your C3180 is a PCL3 printer and should be recognized by windows. There is a discussion of the PCL3 by @ShlomiL here, but the link to the document is missing. I suspect the scan feature cannot be made to work but it should be able to print using USB.
