Where can I find the IP address of my printer?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
You can find the IP address of your HP printer using several methods:

Printer Control Panel:

  • Navigate to the "Network" or "Settings" menu.
  • Look for options like "View Network Configuration" or "Network Setup."
  • The IP address will be displayed in the network details. 

HP Smart App:

  • Ensure your printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Open the HP Smart app and add your printer if it's not already added.
  • Go to "Printer Information" or "Network Information" to find the IP address. 

Print a Network Configuration Page:

  • Press the "Wireless" button on your printer to access wireless settings.
  • Navigate to "Print Network Configuration" and print the page. The IP address will be listed there. 

Router's Web Interface:

  • Open a web browser and enter your router's IP address (commonly 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1).
  • Log in with your router’s admin credentials.
  • Look for connected devices or network map to find your printer's IP address. 

Computer Settings:

  • Windows: Go to "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers," right-click your printer, select "Properties" or "Printer Properties," and check the "Ports" tab for the IP address. 
  • Mac: Go to "System Preferences" > "Printers & Scanners," select your printer, and click "Options & Supplies" to see the IP address under the "General" tab.
