Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

I am having two issues. It keeps telling me that the pin number provided on the printer is invalid, when it it's not. 
And when I am trying to print from my phone, it deselects the printer, and I cannot print. 

The printer has no blinking errors. I've already restarted, reset, and I couldn't update any drivers as apparently there aren't any. Please help.

The modem has a name or SSID and a password.  Usually the one printed on the modem is sufficient to use.

You can get the PIN and any passwords from a printer report as described on page 9 of the users manual.
