custom paper size does not show up after having installed the printer with windows built in drivers

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Think the custom paper size created is out of the range of the printer:

Custom paper size is only workable within the printing limits of the printer.

 

Creating a Custom paper Size for your printer
