Product: HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to have an HP 1050 DeskJet but have replaced it by an HP 2540 Deskjet. I uninstalled the software for the 1050, but keep getting a popup on startup that says it cannot find C:\Program Files\HP\HP DeskJet 1050 J410 series\bin\HPstatusBL.dll

How can I get rid of this?

             Hello nicholasbeta,

 

 

In the list of installed programs, click your HP printer name, and then click Uninstall. If your printer name does not display, select HP Smart, and then click Uninstall. If a User Account Control message displays, click Yes. Follow the instructions to complete the software removal, and then restart the computer.

 

                    

  • Click on yes button to say thanks
  • Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
  • Please contact me to inform me of the resullt
