Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mein gebraucht erworbener Drucker c410b will zum Betrieb ständig Setup Patronen, die ich nicht habe. Habe alle Resets gemacht. Kein Erfolg. Was kann ich tun, um den Drucker nicht wegzuwerfen ?

Warum ist Ihr Kundenservice so schlecht? Es gibt keinen. HP reagiert nicht nie. Ob man bezahlt oder auch nicht ! Der HP Service ist offensichtlich tot. es gibt keinen. Warum?

HP hat es offenbar nicht mehr nötig, Support zu unterstützen. Es gibt ihn praktisch nicht. Keiner ist dort nie erreichbar. Keiner reagiert oder ruft zurück auch wenn man bezahlt. HP einmal und nie mehr. Forget it.
