After checking the conversations about installing a driver für ARM64 (Lenovo Snapdragon with Copilot) the driver /SUPD/SUPD-V4-ARM64-4.01.2.2972.exe is obviously not aviable anymore.

Thank you for your suggestion - but the printer still doesn't work.
Everything looks fine, but the print job does not arrive in the print queue.
There is simply no job there, although the command sequence looks completely normal.

Hi there,

I have exactly the same problem.

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X 10-core X1P64100  and Windows 11 Home.

Already contacted HP support and reported this, since october 10th. Also contacted Microsoft and reported the same.

HP says it is a Windows problem and Microsoft says it is HP who has not the appropriate driver for the Amr64 processors.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards

Thank you very much!

At least you get some answers... I just get ignored.
