Hello!  I know this question has been asked before, but it appears the solution is locked.

How can I find the driver for HP OfficeJet J4680 connected to Windows 10 laptop?

I've attempted to us HP Smart with no luck.  It can't find the printer.

HP Print & Scan Doctor doesn't help either.

Windows see the printer but says "driver is unavailable".  I've attempted to allow windows to find one to no avail.

This is really weird as I was able to accomplish the task with almost an identical laptop also using Windows 10 and the printer works fine.

Neither of these laptops have ever had this printer attached.
