Every time Windows 10 updates it kicks me out of my printer software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and downloaded fresh drivers, but because HP Smart puts an error message which is apparently unknown to HP, I cannot log in and therefore I cannot use my printer. Please can anyone help? I have also uninstalled and reinstalled HP Smart, and have changed my password. Nothing helps. I read somewhere that this could be because of an expired credit/debit card, which is perfectly possible, but I can't discover how to check. Thanks
