I have lost admin password for the EWS on my HP LaserJet Pro M15W. I have tried factory reset but it hasn't helped.  From what ive read, I need special instructions pm'd to me. Thank you.

Hello,


You will need to follow the instructions below to solve this issue:

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Press and hold down the Resume/Cancel (Mans_3-1641884673376.gif) button.
  3. Hold the buttons when you turn on the printer.
    NOTE: It takes about 60 seconds before the initialization process begins.
  4. Once the printer is ready, please reconfigure it.

I remain at your disposal in case of need.
