Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise M507dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on a M507dn. It's locking up occasionally so I figure the latest firmware is the first step. I've downloaded the file and when I try to upgrade using the web interface it works for a bit and then gives me a ERR_CONNECTION_REST, This site can't be reached error. Its trying to access the page hp/device/FirmwareUpgrade/Save.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
