Hello
I am having an issue when attempting install the print drivers on a Network printer.
When the printer is configured with the IP address, we attempt to push the following driver to install.
LJ-PRO-MPF-M521-Full-Solution-12335.exe
The installation will fail after 80%, we believe this is when it attempts to install the scanning feature. We can print to the printer but when attempting to scan a document, the printer is not found.
We found an updated driver installer on the HP site LJ-Pro-MFP-M521-Full-Solution-15328.exe.
Same resaults the download stops at 80%. We have checked the firewall settings on the network and they are not blocking the drivers from being installed.
Any suggestions on how to get this solved would be appericated.

hi @CBC_Tech1 , Sorry to hear your experience. Just to ensure you have the right link to download click below:
Please make sure to follow the installation instructions for a successful download and installation.
(Note: Do not connect the USB cable until prompted.)
1. Close any software programs running on your computer
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Click on the 'Download' button on this page.
4. Click 'Run'. The file will be downloaded to a temporary folder on your PC.
5. Click 'Run' again. The files will be extracted and the installation process will automatically start.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with and complete the installation.
To install at a later date, select 'Save' on step 4 and select a location on your hard disk. When ready to install, locate and double-click the file. This will automatically extract and start the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the installation.
