Gracias por el enlace. Acabo de descargar el firmware anterior y espero que funcione el downgrade. Llevo dos días sin poder imprimir, esperando por la contestación del soporte de HP y aún sigo esperando. No tienen vergüenza. Recomiendan la instalación del nuevo firmware y no avisan de las consecuencias que puede ocasionar. Pienso ponerlos a parir en amazon que fue donde la compré. Y aún por encima, me entero de que no es la primera vez que lo hacen. ¡Increíble!

I'm in the same situation and would also like to rollback.  However, I can't find any old firmware or installation instructions.  Can anyone help.  Down printing at my business.

You'll see a link in this thread for the software. there are other threads with the gymnastics some of us have gone through to roll back. A quick search of firmware rollback should give you all you need.
