HP Recommended

I was having this issue with my documents not printing in color. I called HP support at 8004746836. They had me do these steps.

Unplug printer for 60 seconds

Shut down macbook for 60 seconds

Turn both back on

Remove printer from MacBook settings

Re-add the printer

Solved the problem!
