Just bought a new iMac - replacing my old one. The new one comes with Mojave 10.14. Now after dowloading drivers from HP, my printer prints BUT only in B&W at 300dpi. If I print double sided, HP prints page 1 and 4 of a four page document! I tried dowloaded the drivers TWICE - same results!!! Seems like HP is not ready for Mojave 10.14!!! Help!!!

Thanks to Devin at Apple Care, this was just resolved.
Here is how:
- Go to System Preferences
- Select Printers
- Click on + to add a printer [Note: I had aready added the printer using a generic driver, so my printer was already in the list.]
- Then there is an option to optain the software (drivers) from Apple.
- Do NOT go to the App store to do this ... do it right on this screen - I did not capture the screen shot, but I think it was a link that said something like "Obtain from Apple".
[Note: After adding another printer with the correct drivers, I deleted the printer I had with the generic drivers]
