My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Printer Does not print in color anymore.

I used to be able to print in Color but recently I have noticed that this printer only prints in Black and white.

Color Cartridges are O.K., It seems like there is no longer a color option in  Window 10 / Manage your Device / Printing preference / ( Paper/Quality )  Tab. The only option listed is Print in Gray  with three choices of   Off / Black Ink only  and High quality Grayscale..

I can not find any color option anywhere in the HP app or the windows Manage your device page.

Uninstall the printer then download the basic driver to install again:

• >> Officeje 7740 - basic driver for installation

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

I have the exact same situation.  Unless I'm not completely getting the printer uninstalled, I'm not getting the color option back by uninstalling and re-installing with the "Basic" driver that I downloaded from the HP website.  The install went through completely and said successful, but still not printing in color and no color option in the preferences.  Any other suggestions are welcome...Thanks for reading.
