Hi @Georges1380

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you are unable turn on the HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer. I would request you to please follow the steps:

. Perform a Hard Reset

  • A hard reset can sometimes resolve strange issues:
  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • Wait for 30 seconds and then plug the printer back in.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Check for Blinking Lights

  • If the power button or indicator lights are blinking instead of being completely dead, it typically signals an internal hardware or ink supply error rather than a dead machine. [1, 2, 3]
  • Reseat the Ink Cartridges: Open the ink access door and remove all cartridges. Reinstall them one by one, ensuring each snaps firmly into place.
  • Close All Doors: Ensure the ink access door and the paper trays are completely closed.

Take care and have an amazing day!
