When I click on the Print icon, the next page that opens would usually allow me to print normally by clicking on the word "Print".  However, a few weeks back something happened with my Printer, scanner, copier... not sure what.. but since then my "Print"option changed to a "Save" Option and now everything I want to print, has to be saved first to my computer and then from there, I need to access my document.

My printer was working 100% until a few weeks ago and not sure what happened to it.

thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

During printing, can ensure that  the printer is selected and not to any other software?  Example:

Select printer to print.jpg

Hope that helps!
