My printer doesn't output the image of what I ask to print there.

• Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone or iPad.
• Turn off the printer and your iOS device. Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
• Ensure your printer has the latest firmware. You can do this via the HP Smart app on your iOS device.
• Open the image you want to print, tap the Share icon, and select Print. Verify that the correct printer is selected.
• Reinstall the Printer: Go to Settings > Printers & Scanners on your iOS device. Delete the printer and add it again by tapping Add Printer.
• If there are any stuck jobs in the print queue, clear them by going to Settings > Printers and removing any pending jobs.
