Hi @Kinkins63,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Reinstalling your HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-In-One Printer on your computer is a relatively straightforward process. You can follow these general steps to get your printer back online.

Prepare Your Printer:

  • Ensure that your printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. Make sure it has paper and ink or toner.

Download the Software:

  • Visit the HP support website (https://support.hp.com) and enter your printer model (OfficeJet Pro 9020) to locate the drivers and software for your specific printer.

Download and Install Drivers:

  • Download the latest drivers and software package for your printer. Usually, there will be a full feature driver package available.
  • Run the downloaded file to begin the installation process.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer drivers and software. This will typically involve agreeing to the terms and conditions, selecting your connection method (usually wireless), and allowing the installer to configure your printer.

Connect the Printer:

  • During the installation, you may be prompted to choose a connection type. Select the wireless (Wi-Fi) option and follow the prompts to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network. You'll need to enter your Wi-Fi network's password if prompted.

Complete the Setup:

  • Once the installation is complete, the software should prompt you to print a test page. This helps ensure that the printer is working correctly.

Set as Default Printer (Optional):

  • If you want this printer to be your default printer, go to your computer's settings and select the OfficeJet Pro 9020 as your default printer.

Test Your Printer:

  • Open a document or image and try to print it to verify that the printer is working correctly.

If you encounter any issues during the installation process, check for error messages and consult the HP website or user manual for troubleshooting guidance. Additionally, make sure your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer, as they need to be on the same network for wireless printing to work.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
