When I double-click the printer icon (which changed, just now, when I right-clicked it, first, and then chose the line with my printer's model among the strange alerts, but which still shows the same list when right-clicked ... the one alert in the Subject when I hover), I get this page (I'm uploading a printscreen image):

Tried everything I can think of to get rid of this and the icon is still there with these alerts. Please help. Thanks.

(And I've had this system together for years ... recent updates to W10 on my ASUS laptop, and perhaps HP, probably created this problem.)
