Hello,
How to bypass setup cartridge for HP Deskjet 2720. I think the ones I have dont work.
I bought new original cartridges but printer asks for the setup cartridges and I cant use the new ones I bought.
HP Smart app also displays that I need the set-up ones. Please help.

Hi @JorgeGR,
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hello, my desktop 2720 is asking for the setup cartridges which I do not have as the printer was working. How can I bypass this request to get the printer to work. Thanks John [Personal Information Removed]

I have the same printer with the same error, i need the bypass method for the Deskjet 2720 because we dont have any longer the setup cartridges.
Actually we have inserted 2 original cartridges but we can use the printer because the Hp Smart software says user action needed for the setup cartridges
